CONSIGLI PER LA PRATICA / YOGA PRACTICE TIPS
- praticate a stomaco vuoto (aspettare almeno 2 ore dopo un pasto comunque leggero)
- non bevete acqua durante la pratica, se la gola è secca è sufficiente un sorso
- abbigliamento comodo e leggero, piedi scalzi, non indossate anelli, collane, orologi
- durante le asana, praticate la respirazione Ujjay (respirazione del vittorioso)
- mantenete la concentrazione attraverso drishti (lo sguardo)
- utilizzate il Mulabandha
- mantenete la consapevolezza e il respiro Ujjay durante le transizioni da un’asana all’altra
- siate yogi, arrivate in orario! E non lasciate la classe prima del rilassamento finale (Savasana)
- practice on an empty stomach (wait at least 2 hours after a light meal)
- don’t drink water whilst practicing; if you have a dry throat take a tiny sip
- wear light and comfortable clothing, go barefoot, remove rings, watches and necklaces
- whilst practicing asanas use Ujiay breath (victorious breath)
- keep centred using drshti (gaze)
- activate Mulabandha
- be aware and use Ujiay breath during transitions between asanas
- be a Yogi! arrive on time. Don’t leave class before the final relaxation (Savasana)
