Join two of the most experienced and dedicated Jivamukti Yoga teachers for a unique and transformational experience in the magical Swiss Alps. For the 6th time, Yogeswari and Ruth Lauer-Manenti (Lady Ruth) are sharing their in-depth knowledge of the teachings of Yoga in a week full of fun and dynamic Jivamukti Yoga classes, practicals, insightful lectures, Satsang & Kirtan. The Immersion will be assisted by me, Jutta Mele-Maurer.
The Jivamukti Immersion experience is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the more profound teachings of Jivamukti Yoga. It is perfect for those wishing to delve into the practical and mystical practices of this method.
Teacher’s Bio
Yogeswari, based at the Jivamukti Yoga School in New York City, is one of the most senior teachers of the Jivamukti Yoga Method. She is Advanced Certified, a Facilitator of Jivamukti Teacher Trainings, and has taken many Jivamukti Certified Teachers through their one-on-one 800-hour-certification. Yogeswari is known for her vigorous, seamless Vinyasa sequencing, and her thought-provoking philosophical teachings. She holds an MA in choreography and dance from New York University and a BFA MCL in dance from Temple University, Philadelphia.
Ruth Lauer-Manenti (Lady Ruth), is an advanced certified Jivamukti teacher from NYC. She is known for translating the old yogic texts into beautiful day-to-day stories that make the ancient knowledge accessible to the modern student. Lady Ruth has been a mentor to many students and has facilitated several Jivamukti teacher training, two of them in India. She is also an artist and has published two books, “An Offering of Leaves” and “Sweeping the Dust”. Her third book „Fell in her hands“ was released last year. Both workshops include a portion of lecture or spiritual insight, chanting and asana practice. They are open to all levels of practitioners.
