Lasciati alle spalle il caldo della città: vieni a rinfrescarti e rilassarti nell campagna umbra con il Jivamukti Yoga “A Sunday In The Country” presso la Yoga Farm!
Una giornata di Yoga e relax in piscina, accompagnata da un pranzo vegano e gluten free.
L’arrivo è previsto per le ore 10:30, seguito da una sessione di Yoga di circa 3 ore e un ottimo pranzo con prodotti bio, per poi proseguire rilassandosi tra asana lab, Q&A, satsang e piscina. La partenza avverrà nel tardo pomeriggio.
Prezzi
– Yoga Farm €40,00 comprensivo di:
Pranzo vegano e bevande, caffè, tè, tisane, biscotti, sala yoga, materiale yoga (tappetini, coperte, blocchi, cinte), uso della struttura, piscina, docce.
La quota dovrà essere corrisposta direttamente sul posto in contanti o assegno.
I posti sono limitati: first pay, first serve!!!!
– Tuition fee €60,00 comprensiva di:
Lezioni Yoga e attività organizzate durante la giornata.

It is hot in the city: cool, refresh and recharge with Jivamukti Yoga in the country!
One day of Yoga, relax by the pool, and a vegan and gluten-free lunch at the magnificent Yoga Farm in Narni, Umbria (one hour drive from Rome).
After the arrival at 10:30 there will be a 3 hours Yoga session, followed by a vegan, gluten-free lunch. The afternoon will be dedicated to the asana lab, a Q&A session, Satsang and to chill out in the fresh water of swimming pool.
Departure is set in the late afternoon.
Prices
– Yoga Farm Rate: Euro €40,00 inclusive of:
Vegan lunch, beverages, coffee and tea, cookies, yoga room, all yoga materials, pool, showers.
The fee should be paid locally upon arrival, either by cash or cheque.
– Tuition Rate €60,00 inclusive of:
Yoga session and all activities during the day. The fee should be paid June the 20th 2017 either by cash or bank transfer to:
